The audio quality on these are still fantastic. It is noise cancelling and connects to the Bose app on your phone to control it. USB charger not pictured, deals but will send the charger out with it also. You can see that the leather that goes around the ear has deteriorated a bit. Doesn't really change much comfort wise or looks wise (from the outside). The audio quality is still great. The price accounts for this cosmetic issue, and the lack of its travel case which I've misplaced. Great audio for great price otherwise IMO. You won't find any other noise cancelling Bose headphones under like $230-$300 I will clean it properly and sanitize before hand off, didn't make an effort for the pics, hence it may look a bit dusty. Not a huge deal after cleaning.
