This is in good shape. The hardcover material easily shows blemishes of being handled. The back has a few noticeable blemishes. I have marked a few notes in the guide. Not many, but enough to mention. The pages are in great shape. Overall in good condition. This comes with the original map included with the guide. There is a crease, which is shown in the picture, on the edge of the map. As well as normal west of creases at the folds. They are still connected. This also includes a bookmark that deals came with the guide.
