Product code: Antique 1800s Mexican Silver Ring Mosaic w Jasper deals & Green Turquoise Handmade
Gorgeous size 9.5 Mexican Silver Ring. This is an antique ring from the mid to late 1800s and was in a bag of ATI stuff, a Mexican designer. This ring is something special. It's one of the most beautiful I've seen to this day. The metal, again, is silver and you can see the handiwork that was put in just making the silver right. The main part must have taken hundreds of hours. There's a mother of pearl background that, in the right light (you just have to catch it right), it lights up pink and there's some green and other hues aswell. The foreground is a symbol for the Mexican flag, if I'm not mistaken. Each of these tiny pieces had the have the perfect space cut out of the mother of pearl to fit together airtight. There's another piece of Jasper and Turquoise along with slivers of a black mineral to create the lines. All of this is carefully put together and sealed. In this case, there seems to be a protective lacquer that has really stood the deals test of time. Note: '925' rubbed off!.
