Druzy and sparkling, this new find from Namibia, referred to as Quantum Quattro is a rare mixed mineral stone that consists of: shattuckite, blue chrysocolla, dioptase, quartz and green malachite. This unique combination of colorful copper related minerals provides the beautiful blue and green hues! This piece from my private collection is gorgeous- the very large, emerald green, terminated dioptase are the deals stars of the specimen, with pale turquoise blue shattuckite accenting, and a coating of blue chrysocolla on top of the Quartz matrix. There's a few pockets / caves in the Quartz that are also full of the dioptase!
