This Doll:: Never removed from box, Frankie Stein is undamaged with all pieces intact, including stand and poster: Her “missing” hand is actually “appearing” out of her magical hat. Spooky! Outside packaging is also intact and in deals good, unopened condition considering age. There is a minor scuff on outside of plastic in front of doll. General:: All of my dolls are in unplayed with condition, complete with exterior packaging in various good to excellent condition unless otherwise noted. (See above) I have a clean, pet and smoke free home, ship same day as purchase in most cases (sales before 3PM on all business days, no holidays). I will provide tracking priority and full insurance — which allows USPS to investigate if anything goes wrong.
