Bought this thermal printer to see if it would replace the Rollo I currently use. While it worked quite well, I found the Rollo just works better for my use case and have left it in the box since. The printer is basically brand new, having only been used 3 times. There are certain features I like, such as the ability to drop in any of their cartridges which will instantly recognize and adjust settings automatically. The wireless connectivity is a game changer, meaning deals you can print from anywhere in the house and their mobile app allows you to print directly from your phone. Zebra also created a desktop interface, allowing you to design almost any kind of label you can think of. Overall I really like this printer but the Rollo just prints labels in a more click and print manner which works best for me.
