Brand new but the box is a little roughed up from best buy's delivery driver as they did that third party thing they do sometimes. The one side is open but the drive was never removed from the box- it was bought for a job that deals got cancelled literally two days after the return window closed. Paid $150, so after fees and such, I am unfortunately officially losing $70 on this since the ssd market has plummeted for the holidays, but I'll hear reasonable offers.
