Medium firm 100% natural latex topper for a queen mattress 60x80 3 inches thick. I decided this was just too firm for me, I used it for three weeks and was waking up sore in the morning. For reference I'm five foot five and 120 lbs so deals I'm a lightweight and probably needed the soft topper all along. In order to get the topper back inside of the U-Haul box I had to fold it on my carpet and so it does have some carpet fuzz on it and some cat hairs as well so if you have allergies please do not buy this.
