Outside slip-in pocket. Kors logo on the grommets that the deals strap slips through to attach it to the bag Inside has a fabric lining with the company logo. Five pockets-one zip closed the others are slip-in. Secure Magnetic closure. Measures approx. 14" X 10" X 6" Gently carried..and very clean...no real flaws noted but this isn't new..if you go over it carefully you will see tiny things that tell you it has been pre-enjoyed.
