Camcorder comes with 4 batteries (2-canon,2-non-OEM deals & charger) remote (needs battery), case, manual, custom neck strap, all cables. Compares to H20 & H200 but this one has 64GB internal memory & view finder so the better of the three. Works great just no longer needed. Do not have dvds.
