These are in gentle used condition. There are some scuff marks on the charging case, but nothing major or super damaging. I'm only selling because I purchased the new 2nd generation ones. They have worked great for me. I do think recently one of them has had a small amount deals of “cackling” when listening but I didn't find it too distracting. They will be packaged very securely!!
