Brown leather over boards, gold foil on spine, remainder of some sort of label on lower spine. Heavy wear to boards include soiling, corner bumps, edge rubbed away, and lower deals spine cover tear. Page edges soiled and some ink spots upper. Quite remarkably, binding NOT split which is rare for a volume this old. INNER PAGES: GOOD to GOOD+. Owner's name written with seller's price on inside front fly leaf. A few pages with underlining and margin notes, but only occasional. Foxing and tanning, no text obliterated.
