Couple scratches on back can be seen in pictures. Phone works and no cracks or scratches on screen as it has bad screen protector on the whole time the phone has deals been owned. This is an unlocked straight talk iPhone 7 Plus comes with case and a charger will need SIM card though to activate it it will work for straight talk that is what we used it for not sure what other company you can use it on will have to call your phone place and ask but will most definitely work on straight talk phone is in great condition and everything works on it no physical or internal damage at all. This is final sale will not go lower on the price seen so do not ask. The crack seen in the lower right corner is on the screen protector not on the actual phone. So screen protector does need to be replaced I just do not have anymore for that phone and don't want to purchase another one when I am selling it.
