Antique Victoria Carlsbad Austria VTO167 Portrait Double Handled Porcelain Vase. Condition is used and shows wear; fading of gold trim/accents; large purple discoloration possibly from sun exposure about 3”x1” on side of vase; staining inside of vase; rim of top opening seems to be painted, has a different finish and unsure if deals it was made like that or done at a later time. There are no visible cracks, chips, nor crazing. Please see all photos. This beautiful double handled vase is approximately 13” tall and 5” wide at it's widest area; 3 1/2” diameter at bottom and 2” at opening. Based on the backstamp it was made between 1891-1918 but most likely between 1900-1910. The vase does have raised texture near bottom. There is a portrait of Greek women and cherubs that are admiring art work and painting depicted on the middle of vase. The handles have a pink hue while the rest of vase is a maroon color and has gold trim/accents throughout.
