Product code: 3 vintage pieces of Indian fabric with block print/batik deals images
These fabrics are all from India, and they were all being prepared for stretching across a frame to be hung. You could do this or just use the fabric for decor in other ways. Very good vintage condition. I believe they are batik or hand block printed on cotton deals. Description of the images to the best of my knowledge, from left to right on the cover image with approx measurements: 1. Perehara Procession—Kandyan Tusker is carrying the sacred relics of Lord Buddha. Flagman, Drummers, Dances, and many other performers participate in the procession, 47” x 22” 2. Saraswati—Goddess of Music and Knowledge, 23” x 38” 3. Shri Rama Durbar—Lord Rama, an ideal man and hero of the epic Ramayana, symbolizes good manners and virtue, a man of values and morals, 22” x 34” (taped) If you know more about these images & see inaccuracies in my description, let me know. You can see that masking tape had been applied to #3 in preparation for mounting. This could be removed. H279.
