Sale is for the jacket only. No other pieces from the original set are included. I did not notice any stains, holes or tears. The Barbie label is frayed. There are a few loose threads on the front near deals the green trim. The green trim is a bit stiff but still pliable. Jacket does not lie completely flat due to green trim curling on one end and some flattening of the trim around the sleeves. One sleeve has a white thread going up it - instead of being blue/green.
