Like new….I literally used it 16 days and didn't like it. I'm an Apple user and tried to switch. AT&T wouldn't allow me to change, so I paid it off and switched to Xfinity mobile service I was so angry with them, but now have a phone I'm not using. Color = deals Black Case Included Has screen protector to it too included Unlocked AT&T carrier.
