Betamax model SL-2710. Used, mostly for parts: it turns on and can deals route video input/output, but doesnt accept tapes. As I remember there was a tape stuck in there, and we got it out but since then the mechanism to insert a tape doesnt work. I dont know how to fix that but you might and then you'd have a fully functional Beta machine!.
