This listing is for a lot of two exquisite fine porcelain serving dishes by Rosenthal. Included in the lot is a deals 15" serving platter and 9" (3 1/4" in height w/o the lid) covered vegetable bowl. I absolutely love the gorgeous mid century form and pristine white surfaces of these pieces. The gold and violet luster detailing adds just the right amount color and luxury. This is Rosenthal Continental Gala Blue pattern (form 2000) was manufactured between 1969 and 1989. These pieces are truly stunning. They would make a great wedding or holiday gift for someone with a strong affinity for all things mid century. Both pieces are in good vintage condition showing just very minimal surface wear. Per replacements.com these pieces are hard to find and they are priced at $64 for the platter and $130 for the bowl.
